Travel Tall with the Ultralight-24L
The Ultralight-24L is the tall-format version of our most travel-friendly Series 2 tripod, built on the Mark 2 platform with a fixed apex that trades quick-column compatibility for a smaller folded diameter and lighter carry. Extended leg sections push max height to 66.3" (168 cm) for eye-level shooting without a center column, while custom-engineered twist locks, O-ring-sealed threads, and a vented clevis design keep the legs deploying fast and clean in the field. CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum components keep weight down without sacrificing rigidity, and at just 3.7 lb (1.7 kg) it's still rated to carry 70 lb (32 kg).
