Leica SL3 Camera Plate
I have ordered various other products from RRS before and was always happy with the quality and with the service. I recently purchased an SL3 and was excited to pre-order the RRS Camera plate. The service was completely terrible. Every estimate provided by RRS was exceeded and I ended up waiting for about 3 months. I was told that this was due to quality issues. I finally received the product and noticed an anomaly on the L-plate. a section was not milled in a straight line. It seems that now the QA standards have been dropped in order to be able to fulfil the orders. For me this was the last time I will ever purchase a product from RRS again. Horribele experience.
