BA7RVI-B Sony A7RVI Base Plate
The Sony A7RVI Base Plate brings Really Right Stuff's modular plate system to Sony's latest high-resolution Alpha body, giving you a custom-fit, Arca-compatible dovetail that stays out of the way of daily shooting. Precision-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a durable Type II black anodize, the plate uses contoured anti-twist flanges and a captive 1/4"-20 screw to lock the camera in place while preserving full access to the battery door and accessory ports.
Laser-engraved center marks simplify balancing on a head, and the integrated RRS-standard dovetail works seamlessly with our clamps and most Arca-type quick-release systems. As part of a modular design, the Sony A7RVI Base Plate also accepts a future dedicated L-component to build out a full L-Bracket when you are ready for stable vertical framing, tethered work, or more complex support setups.
