L Plate on R6ii
Very solid and well built. I was able to compare it to some others more budget options and a camera store and it was no contest that this is better. I have no complaints about the screen articulation. Does it limit movement? Yes. Has there ever been a time I needed the screen at a certain angle that was prohibited by the plate? Nope. I have shot with the camera up high and down low using the screen and I have never had an issue. Loses a star because there are no safety stop screws like in other Arca plates. Yes I know that I can switch the orientation and that's the whole point of the L plate, but what if I don't want the camera level? What if I am using a side mount gimbal and a small lens? Add that feature (even one on the side at the top) and I would consider it a five star product.
