I love these mounts. I have two other plastic ones. This aluminum one is noticeably heavier than the plastic version. This is the reason for four star.
Fits the Leica Geovid very nice. Glad I upgraded...

Great design, well made. Use on my Swarovski SLC 8x42 and SLC 15x56. No wobble at all. Much better than the stud and post I had previously used.

The clamp will only fit out on the end of the barrel on my Swarovski EL range 10x42. About 1/8” of the strap is over the edge of the barrel. Am going to try it on my hunt next week but am holding my breath. Don’t know if the more expensive one would work better but we’ll see for now.

Very well built, strong and durable. Very solid and stable when mounted in the tripod. This is a well thought out product and perfect to stabilize a monocular or bnocular. Well worth the price. If you want a quality built product that works and keeps your optics stable. This is the product for you.
