The clamp is great. I had to order an adapter for the ballhead. It is a small piece of plastic. I was charged $30 for it. It probably worth $1. You company is a higher class business than that.

The B2-LLR-II Clamp itself is great! But putting it on an older RRS BH-55 has presented a couple issues still being worked out. I have no doubt it will perform well.
