INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

1. United States Postal Service (USPS) using Express Mail® International service. To estimate your ship costs, visit http://ircalc.usps.gov/.
2. United Parcel Service (UPS) using Worldwide Express service (in those locations that do not support Worldwide Express, we default to UPS Worldwide Saver). To estimate your ship costs, visit http://ups.com.

A note about ship methods: For first time customers, we insist upon using one of the above ship methods that provides both insurance and tracking; no exceptions. For subsequent orders, we can consider more economical ship methods available from USPS, especially for small orders. But be warned: customers who choose a ship method that does not provide tracking must accept the liability for loss. Please call to place any order with special requests. Also, Really Right Stuff reserves the right to hold any international order for confirmation. In rare cases we may request a copy of the credit card used for the transaction (both front and back) as well as a copy of the passport of the card holder.

All packages ship with tracking and insurance. Costs vary per country, and final ship costs depend upon final package weight and value. Ship costs include carriage and insurance only; customer is responsible for any duty or tax-related costs. Please include your VAT ID number (when available) in order to support import clearance. For UPS deliveries, contact us by email to request an estimate of the landed costs. Sorry, but we are unable to estimate landed costs for USPS deliveries. After your package ships, you will receive an email that includes the ship method and package tracking number.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

1. If your package shipped via UPS, visit the UPS website.
2. If your package shipped via US Postal Service, visit the USPS website. But once your package reaches the Customs office in your country, track the package from your own postal service website.
