Safari Clamp is extremely rugged and highly versatile. Intended to secure heavy gear to the vertical or horizontal rail in a safari vehicle, the Safari Clamp will just as easily grasp non-uniform supports like branches, posts, and table tops.
Our Safari Rig was built with versatility in mind. The rig can be set up in many different configurations, allowing the photographer to adjust to a variety of space limiting conditions. The images below illustrate how the basic Safari Rig components (Safari Monopod Collar, Safari Ball Clamp, and Safari Clamp) are connected to each other. Note that images show pre-production models of all three components; current production models are slightly different.
