BH-25 ballhead with B2-40 LR clamp.

BH-25 LR features:

  1. T-shaped control lever controls two actions in one: locking & unlocking the ball and panning base.
  2. T-Lever is springloaded; pull it out and re-positiion it in any one of 6 positions.
  3. Smaller lever-release clamp (B2-40 LR) installs with one 1/4"-20 flat head screw.
  4. Really Right Stuff camera body quick-release plate required; purchase separately. Body plates are model specific, not generic. Under the Categories tab on left, select "Camera & L-plates" then drill down to your specific make and model.
Most tripods have a mounting platform with a 3/8" threaded stud. However, some tripods have a smaller 1/4" threaded stud (if your camera can thread onto the stud on your tripod, then it is only 1/4"). In order to mount our ballhead, you will need to order an adapter called a bushing. For a more secure installation, we recommend installing the bushing with non-permanent threadlocker fluid.
